Shipping and delivery policy

Digital game keys

• Keys are sent by email to the address used at checkout and also appear on your order page.
• Most keys arrive within minutes. Some orders, for example large or first orders, may need a quick security check first, which can take up to 24 hours.
• Pre-order keys are delivered on or shortly before the release date shown on the product page.
• If your key hasn't arrived after 24 hours, check your spam folder, then email hello@backtotheoffice.co.uk with your order number.

Digital keys have no delivery charge.

Gaming Club PCs

• Build and test: every PC is assembled and stress tested before dispatch. The build time is shown on each product page, usually 3 to 5 working days.
• Delivery: we ship to UK mainland addresses using a tracked and insured courier. You'll get your tracking details by email when your PC is dispatched.
• Cost: the delivery charge, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland and outside the UK: please email us before ordering so we can confirm delivery options and costs.
• Signature: PCs need a signature on delivery. If you're not in, the courier will leave a card or re-arrange delivery.

Damaged or missing deliveries

Please check your PC's packaging on delivery and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged or missing, with photos where possible. See our refund policy for full details.
