Commission is worked out on what the customer paid for products, before VAT, after discounts and refunds. Delivery doesn't count. On a few low-margin products it can be lower than your level's rate.
Cash or store credit, your choice

By bank transfer or PayPal, once a month. We'll email you to set up how you'd like to be paid. We never ask for bank details on the website.
Store credit
Added to your Gaming Club account with 25.0% on top, ready to spend on games, PCs and gear. £40 of commission becomes £50 of credit.
Keep it fair
These keep the programme good for everyone. Breaking them can mean commission is withheld and your account is closed.
- No brand bidding. Don't bid on "The Gaming Club", "TGC" or similar in Google, Bing or any other search ads, including misspellings.
- Your ads go to your own site. Paid ads must point to your own site or channel, not straight to ours.
- Say it's an affiliate link. Mark posts and videos as #ad or "affiliate link", as the ASA and CAP rules require.
- Only share your own code. Don't post other codes, made-up offers or codes from other affiliates.
- No buying through your own link. Your own orders don't earn commission.
- No spam or misleading claims. No bulk messages, fake reviews or prices and promises we haven't made.
The small print, in plain English
How long does the link last?
30 days from the last click on your link, on the same device. If someone uses another affiliate's link afterwards, the newest link wins.
What if the customer returns something?
Commission is pending for 30 days, which covers the returns window. Returned or cancelled items earn nothing. If a refund comes after you've been paid, it's taken off your next payout.
When do I get paid?
Once a month, for commission that's been approved and is over the minimum. Anything under the minimum rolls over to the next month.
Can I switch between cash and store credit?
Yes, any time from your dashboard on this page. The choice applies to your next payout.
Do I need a big following?
No. We look at whether your audience is a good fit, not just its size.
Can I get a discount code for my audience?
Ask us once you're approved. If we set one up, orders that use it count as yours even without your link.

Affiliate terms
- The programme is run by The Gaming Club. We can approve or turn down any application.
- You earn commission on orders placed through your link or code, at your level's rate and up to each category's limit. Commission is worked out on what the customer paid for products, before VAT, after discounts and refunds, not on delivery.
- Commission is pending for 30 days. Cancelled, returned or refunded items earn nothing, and refunds after a payout are taken off the next one.
- Payouts are monthly, once approved commission reaches the minimum: £25 for cash or £5 for store credit. Store credit payouts get 25.0% extra. You're responsible for any tax on what you earn.
- You must follow the rules on this page, the ASA and CAP advertising codes and the rules of every platform you post on.
- We can pause or close an affiliate account, and withhold commission, if the rules are broken or orders look fraudulent.
- We can change commission rates, levels and these terms with notice on this page. Changes don't affect commission already approved.
