Points go live
Points show as pending for 14 days while the returns window is open, then they're yours.

Every 500 points turns into £5 of store credit automatically. We'll email you, and it's ready to use at checkout.

How much is a point worth?
100 points are worth £1. Points become store credit in blocks of 500 (£5), so you never have to remember to redeem.
Do I earn points on a guest checkout?
No. Points need an account so we know who to give them to. Sign in before you pay.
What happens if I return something?
Points on returned or refunded items are taken off. If the points have already gone live, we take them back from your balance.
How do I move up a level?
Levels are based on what you've paid us in the last 12 months, after refunds. Your new level applies from your next order.
Where's my store credit?
It's on your account and shows at checkout when you're signed in. It doesn't expire.
