Who we share it with

We share data only as needed with service providers who act on our behalf, including Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment and pay-later providers, fraud-check services, digital key suppliers (order details needed to issue your key), couriers (for PC deliveries), email and marketing services, and our professional advisers. We may also share data when required by law. We don't sell your personal data.

Some providers, including Shopify, may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the store (for example, your basket) and, with your consent where needed, analytics and marketing cookies. You can manage cookies through the cookie banner and your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 6 years after the end of the tax year they relate to, to meet our legal obligations. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, ask for a copy to move to another service, and withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email hello@backtotheoffice.co.uk. We'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
